ANALYSIS THE TECHNOLOGICAL PEDAGOGICAL AND CONTENT KNOWLEDGE CAPABILITIES OF JUNIOR HIGHT SCHOOL/MTS MATHEMATICS EDUCATORS IN SOUTH SOLOK REGENCY

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of science and technology which is used as a way to improve the quality of learning carried out by educators. One way educators can integrate science and technology is by having Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) skills. This research aims to analyze the TPACK capabilities of junior high school/MTs mathematics educators in South Solok Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 6 mathematics educators and 60 SMP/MTs students in South Solok Regency. Data was collected using questionnaire methods, interview guidelines, and observation sheets. The results of the research showed that the score of kindergarten educators A1 was 76.67%, A2 83.33%, B1 was 83.33%, B2 was 66.67%, C1 70% and C2 was 70%. The PK score on A1 was 88.57%, A2 was 100%, B1 was 88.57%, B2 was 85.71%, C1 was 82.86% and C2 was 80%. The CK score on A1 is 95%, A2 is 85%, B1 is 95%, B2 is 60%, C1 is 80% and C2 is 70%. The TCK score on A1 93.33%, A2 86.67%, B1 was 73.33%, B2 was 60%, C1 86.67% and C2 was 73.33%. The PCK score on A1 100%, A2 was 100%, B1 was 86.67%, B2 86.67%, C1 86.67%, and A2 was 80%. The TPK score for A1 is 85%, A2 is 85%, B1 is 90%, B2  80%, C1 is 65%, and C2 70%. The TPACK score on A1 86.67%, A2 86.67%, B1 was 73.33%, B2 73.33%, C1 73.33% and C2 was 73.33%. So it can be concluded that the TPACK ability of the 6 educators is 81,33% with very good criteria.
