MANAGEMENT OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION LEARNING IN THE ERA OF DISRUPTION

This study aims to describe the management of Islamic education learning in the era of disruption. This research uses the method used in this study using a method or approach to literature (library research), that library or literature study can be defined as a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study show that Islamic education learning in the era of disruption includes the use of technology, project-based learning approaches, collaborative learning, student-centered learning, and the development of 21st century skills. This paradigm promotes active student engagement, skills relevant to the demands of the times, as well as the application of Islamic values in daily life. In the face of disruption, Islamic education institutions need to be sensitive to change, flexible and committed to continuous innovation. Collaboration between educational institutions, teachers, parents, communities and industries is also important in facing challenges and capitalizing on opportunities that arise in the disruption era of Islamic education.
