Leadership is a behavior or ability possessed by a person to influence others to achieve the desired goals. Transformational leadership means a leader who manages his members strategically by increasing the achievements and motivation of his members. Transformational leadership can also provide encouragement to its members so that there is good interaction, avoids conflict, solves problems well and transparently, and can realize Islamic education that is increasingly qualified.
