THE INFLUENCE OF DOMINO CARD LEARNING MEDIA ON STUDENTS' UNDERSTANDING OF MATHEMATICAL CONCEPTS CLASS IV MIN 2 SOLOK

This study aims to determine the effect of domino card learning media on understanding mathematical concepts in class IV students of MIN 2 Solok. The type of research used is experimental, with the research design is post-test only control group design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of MIN 2 Solok. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling. Class IV.1 as the experimental class and class IV.2 as the control class. The research instrument was carried out with an objective test. The data analysis technique was carried out by normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing with t-test treatment with SPSS 25. The results showed that the average post-test value of the experimental class was 84.44, while the control class post-test value was 75.55. Based on the output results using the t-test: independent samples test, the sig.2-tailed value is 0.022 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or it can be seen from t_hitung 2.363> t_table 1.67469. This means that learning outcomes using domino card learning media in mixed fraction material have an influence on understanding mathematical concepts in students in class IV MIN 2 Solok.
