The use of YouTube media to improve students’ English-speaking skills has become a new learning style for us in English language learning. One of them is learning among college students. This research aims to know how successful students use YouTube to improve their Speaking skills. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The researcher used depth interviews to answer the research question. This research also describes how students’ opinions on the use of YouTube improve speaking skill and their strategies toward it. This research has found that several English Tadris Department students, students who use YouTube as a medium to improve their English-speaking skills in learning English have better and more fluent speaking skills. YouTube is one of the media that can be used to access various English learning videos easily, more completely, and can be watched anytime and anywhere, so many students choose YouTube as an alternative to learning English. students can better understand and can deepen a material. It is known that English Tadris Department students really want to achieve excellent speaking skills even almost like native speakers, with YouTube can be a solution by watching videos of native speakers speaking and then students can imitate the accent and vocabulary spoken by the speaker.
